Metrics

Candidates online:
42,842 (+835)

Jobs online:
14,673 (-1,237)

It will get worse before it gets better

The gap between supply and demand is getting wider – there are now almost 3x candidates compared to the number of jobs available.

If you exclude candidates in passive search the gap is smaller but directionally remains the same – there are more candidates available than jobs.

Next week we’ll analyze how this market dynamic impacts salaries.

The date on the points of contact shows where and why it happened. Specialists due to bans, and leaving the market of large companies, are looking for work, creating a gap between supply and demand. Which will ultimately affect the job market.
