Candidates without experience have it hardest
While there is a big drop in inbound messages from recruiters since the war started, candidates with less than 2 years of experience have it hardest. Their share of recruiter interest dropped almost by half, from 12% in early February to 7% in April.

According to a poll we did on our Telegram channel, nearly half of the respondents reported that the job market situation became “significantly worse”.
Roughly 33% of candidates on Djinni have less than two years of work experience.
